CHILD, ADOLESCENT,
AND ADULT THERAPY
Regardless of where we are in our lives, whether a child, adolescent or adult, there are times when we hit a “bump in the road” and could benefit from some professional guidance. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with years of experience in private practice, schools and other clinical settings, I have built comfortable, trusting relationships with my clients. We work together to recognize feelings, define issues, uncover strengths and develop a solid foundation for coping with whatever is going on. We work on better ways to communicate with others for stronger relationships, as well as self-advocacy and coping skills that can help in the immediate situation and for the long term.
And better prepared for life’s next steps.
I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and incorporate this into my work when it fits for the client. I also use other modalities including psychodynamic practice, family systems and somatic techniques.

I work with many adults, ages 50 and beyond, on issues and discovery that present in this time of life. Issues might include health, careers and retirement, redefining roles, relationships with adult children and grandparenting.
I am available to work with parents to help them navigate the school environment when their child needs extra support and resources at school.
I provide Supervision for MSW’s who are preparing to become LCSW’s.

I accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO, and provide paperwork for those who are out-of-network and wish to file for benefits.
I offer in-person sessions as well as telehealth.
